[Drake] T4XB low injection

Greetings List,
I am trying to track down a problem with my T4X-B. Running stand alone it
has low RF output on 15 and 10. (80W tops) Didn't think much of it but
when I hooked it up to the R4-B it has full output on all bands. (even a bit
more on the bands from 20 down) The problem obviously is also affecting the
lower bands and it is not as pronounced because it effects the RX
sensitivity on all bands when using the TX as the transceive PTO.
I believe the PTO in the TX has low output...haven't scoped it yet.
I have scoped the injection jack on the TX and it is half the amplitude
going out to the RX as I get from the RX when switching between the two
PTO's as the master.
Anyone experienced this problem? The web site has info on low injection
from a RX but none to address low injection from the TX.
Any clues as to prime culprits? I hate to dig around in the PTO too much.
Thanks for any help you can provide....
