Harbach also offers PS rebuild kits, as well as a soft key mod kit and a 
soft start mod kit.  I installed the Harbach units in my L-4B and all were 
excellent products.  Also please note there is a resistor on the underside 
of the PS as well as other components that should also be replaced during 
rebuild.  These L-4 supplies are getting quite old and one should fully 
rebuild/replace all of the basic components.  I suggest replaceing just the 
diode/capacitor board(s) is only 75% of the job.  Lots of information is 
available via www.wb4hfn.com.  This site is managed by Ron Baker, a long 
time Drake collector and repair person.  Many of the leading Drake 
collectors and refurb. experts post articles on his site.
