[Drake] L4b/L7 power supply rebuild??

Dave -

The L-4B supply gets fairly warm in operation, even in standby, but 
shouldn't "smell hot".  There are a couple of big bleeder resistors that 
could have accumulated dust that's burning off, but if it still has the 
original capacitors in it they are way past their expected life...

You probably saw the rebuild kit offered by Mike at The Heathkit Shop.  
It's a whole new PC board with all new caps and resistors in a more 
reliable physical form than the original, similar to his AC-4 rebuild kit.
