[Drake] AC-3/AC-4 Power Supply Parts Needed

I am needing the following:

2 each AC-3 top covers

1 each bottom AC-3/AC-4 cover (are they interchangeable?)

Is the best recommendation to replace all five sectional caps in each PS?
Is there a reasonable source for the caps?
