[Drake] Drake TR-4 fixed (again)

I want to thank the seveal folks who gave me good suggestions about the myriad problems my TR-4 was having -- chief among them was the xtal oscillator failing on several bands. Cleaning of the bandswitch contacts helped, but especially, cleaning of some tube pins and tube sockets really cured it. I used a small dental brush for the latter. Of course, we are talking about a rig notorious for needing TLC, but I used it all day Sunday and it worked perfectly. Don't forget to keep those tube sockets cleaned up in the old rigs!
