Hi Joe, et al,
    I can re-stuff electrolytic cans, you can see my work (and maybe decide 
you can do it yourself) at http://www.boatanchors.org/filtercap.htm  - 
covers Drake, Collins & Hammarlund capacitors.
    Price for SP-600 3-section or R-388 2-section is $25 plus shipping 
(those prices are the same because the amt of work is different).  Yours 
will be no more than $25, possibly a hair less if I have the lower voltage 
caps in stock for it.  If more than one is done at the same time, reduce 
total price by 10%.
    This is based on re-stuffing your can.  I do have some "cores" here and 
if I have one the proper size I can supply a restuffed one for $5 more. 
Would need to know your can's dimensions, terminals might vary slightly.
    If you can wait, and are coming, I can have whatever you need at the 
Cary 'fest July 19th, and save shippping.
    You should be very wary of any NOS electrolytic, they can dry out just 
sitting on the shelf for all these yrs.
