[Drake] Drake T-4XB - Found a modification

I am seeing bias now and have the unit adjusted so I can key it, but  
while I am seeing some plate current, I am not seeing any output.  I  
am using an external power meter and I have the filaments turned on.   
The VOX, anti-VOX were all maladjusted.

I have found two additional connectors in the back.  On the left hand  
side there is a phono jack in the 'spare' position.  This is connected  
to and orange shielded cable that ends up on top of the chassis in a  
curve next to the VFO above the xtal sockets.  The cable is not  
connected to anything so I will probably pull it.  The other 'spare'  
is a BNC jack (left rear chassis) that connects to Pin 2 of V5 via a  
capacitor.  I will continue to look for additional 'features'.
