[Drake] TR-7 - Part two

Guillermo, I'm going from memory, but I recall that all TR-7s have reduced
output on 10m. I seem to remember getting 60-70W from mine on 10m. It may be
there's nothing wrong with your radio, especially if you're getting normal
output on the other bands.
