[Drake] L7/L75 Mod Kit

I found this bag in the bottom of a box of goodies that I got at a 
hamfest recently.

It is a 50 pf, 7.5KV door knob plate cap with the mounting bracket, 
screws and tinned hookup wire with the instructions.  There is nothing 
to show what the benefit of this cap is but it is connected to the top 
of the plate choke and a tap in the middle of the plate choke according 
to the drawing in the instructions.

It is dated 09/01/89.

The cap is listed at Mouser for $18.95.

I'll take $15 for the entire kit and throw in the postage.
