[Drake] TA-4, SPR-4 Transceive Adapter

I'm looking for a SPR-4 TA-4 transceive adapter to allow transceiving
the Drake SPR-4 with a T-4XB (or a source for the 2N3663 transistors
used in the original board so that I can homebrew my own). Any help?
