[Drake] PS-7 SCR

Hi

It's been about 20 years since I was inside a PS-7.....

My recollection is that the SCR is nothing special. Just about  
anything similar (same or > voltage, current) should do just fine.  
The part number on it probably is a "house number" if you can't find  
it anywhere.
