[Drake] Carrier point adj. for TR4

Good point from Garey on checking filter performance using the crystal
calibrator. I have done that and it gives you good information. Just
remember--as I recall these filters are switched, and on one band a filter
can be USB and on another, the same filter can be LSB. I think that's right
-- so you have to have your wits about you when trying to figure which
filter has gone funky. But maybe I'm recalling wrong here.

Anyway, my TR-4 has a filter that is no longer in-spec, but I have achieved
good-sounding audio on USB and LSB (even to critical listeners) by adjusting
the carrier oscillator for what sounds good, and leaving it there. No
science was used, just audio reports. I'm now very happy with it and the
good comments I get.

But you can sure tell a rig where the carrier is not properly set inside the
filter bandpass. The audio is "pinched." It is easy to recognize, once you
know what to listen for.
