[Drake] Band Selection Knob MN-2000

Dearest Drakesters!

I am in need of a Band Selection knob for my MN-2000 restoration. The 
cabinet is currently at Hartzell for refinishing, and I would like to 
have the knob by the time it returns. I've already spoken to Caltronix 
and they no longer supply them.
So, does anyone have one of these bad boys lying around and in need of a 
new home?
