[Drake] Manual for Drake Q-Multiplier

There is no manual for the Drake Q-Multiplier.  There is a page or two 
and a schematic in the manual for the 2-B.  That's it!

If you don't have a 2-B manual I can e-mail attach the pages.

(Or you can see the whole manual on my CD!)  :-)
