Mark,
  Drake made a kit consisting of a PC board with a socket and a plug in 
relay to replace the older relay used in the TR-3, 4 and T-4XB. John Kriner 
had some of these in the past, you might contact him to see if he still has 
some. If not, with a bit of work, you could hardwire in your own replacement 
relay.
