[Drake] Heil HC4 elemen with Drake C-line

Hi Joe,
    Doesn't Heil have a matching transformer available for such use?  Got
to the website & see what you find.  Send Bob Heil a note, he'll help you
out, he's a good guy, I've talked to him on the air many times, he's a
boatanchor guy too.
