[Drake] sidetone in T4XC

Put my Drake C-line on the air in the CW mode for the first time today for 
SKN and notice that the sidetone frequency is very high.

It looks like V9 in the T4XC is used as the sidetone oscillator...I didn't 
see any way to vary the frequency...is the sidetone in the T4XC fixed 
frequency??

If so, any ideas on how to bring the frequency down to 700hz or so???
