[Drake] relay in Drake T4XC

Well, I finally figured out how to get the relay out of the plastic case.

On each side of the plastic case there is a small rectangular hole where a 
tiny notch on
each side of the relay frame fits into.

Prying the longer ends of the plastic case on both sides at the same time
and pulling one of the relay contacts outwards at the same time allows the
notches to slip past the holes and the relay will come out easily.

 A bit of DeOxit5 and hopefully my problem is now solved.
