[Drake] TR3 Issue

Chris,

Plan to work on it again this weekend.  Sorry for the lack of symptoms, I just
thought I would throw it out there to see if there was an easy fix to get it up
and running.  Appreciate your info.

Robert,

We might need a few more symptoms to diagnose this.

If the S-meter goes all the way right after warmup, it sounds to me like
the receiver is muted because the RF gain is turned all the way down.
Even in transmit, the meter shouldn't do that (it doesn't do that on my
TR-4 anyway).  I'd start by poking around the AGC line.  The voltage
should change smoothly as the RF gain is varied.
