[Drake] SPR-4 and TR-4 Questions

1.  I recently obtained two SPR-4 receivers (one is nice and one looks like
a parts rug).  The nice one has the noise blanker and calibrator modules.
It has noise and calibrator tone but no signals.  Also, on the back are 50KC
or 50MC connectors.  These are on both my units but there is no reference in
the manual.  Thoughts?

2.  The same guy has a TR-7 transceiver wrapped in blue paper.  Is that the
way a new one would have come wrapped in the box?
