[Drake] preselector

Didn't the term "preselctor" come from "preamplifier-selector?"   I 
don't think early ones were just passive tuned circuits.  As I recall 
they were tuned amplifiers - presmplifiers, that is.  Certainly the 
Ameco was.  Later internal ones did simply peak RF circuits, but the old 
Handbook designs were active amplifiers.
