[Drake] TR4C-R4C Mute Problem

Bill,
You are setting the R4C to its "Mute"  position.  Try unplugging the mute cable.  The receiver should mute.  If it nmutes with the cable unplugged then the problem is in the TR-4C.  All that circuit does is ground the mute jack when receiving and open for transmit.
