[Drake] dummy plug for the R4C

Howdy Drakesters:

Operator headspace was the cause for the R4C anomoly.

I had the radio on the tech bench checking for sensitivity with my sig gen 
and forgot to use a dummy plug for the mute jack on the R4C.

All is well now and all is operating perfectly....there is now another Drake 
C-line on the air now.

I won't be selling this set...as I did with others...it will go to the ham 
shack in the sky with me. (grin)
