[Drake] dummy plug for R4C

Just got an R4C that works FB except for when I go to the NB or CAL 
positions.

The S meter goes to full scale (as in when you select external mute)...not 
sure why.

I need the dummy plug for the NB socket on the R4C so that I can disconnect 
the noise blanker and see if that is causing the problem.

Anyone out there have one for sale or for loan so that I can check this 
problem out??

Is there a commercial source for the dummy plug??
