[Drake] Aligning PTO Gears on TR-4C

Dave,

The two TR-4Cs here are nylon gears with the movable side arms.  SN 
38876 and above.
There are some PTO gear sets with a little side shaft inside the bracket 
that has the worm drive shaft.  The side shaft has a coil spring and can 
be pushed sideways a bit to disengage the gears  to get them synched.

 The other scheme is some of the dials are a friction fit on the gear 
hub and can be rotated to get the alignment.
