[Drake] Drake 7073 DM Mic: Info please

    I have one of these here, but a web search does not identify it. At the excellent Cherry/Torp site, a search using this model # reveals a different mic.
    It is a mobile-style hand mic, black, with touch tone buttons and a mic hanger on the back. Has a coiled cord terminated in a 4-pin (female) plug. Has Drake ID /Model # tag on the front. The front has a square-ish raised set of plastic bars to form a grille. The grip to talk lever occupies most of the left side. 
    For what rig was this issued? With which rigs is this compatible?
