[Drake] TA4 transceive adaptor for the SPR4

Howdy Drakester's:

Am in the market for a TA4 transceive adaptor for the SPR4...is this device 
"unobtanium" or is it possible to purchase one that someone is not putting 
to use???

If "unobtanium", I recall there was a homebrew or kit version of the 
TA4....can some kind soul direct me to this information??
