[Drake] Dial Grease ?

Could be small dirt balls (made up from accumulated dust, obviously mixed
with the old grease)?. So when you move the dial back and forth it sits on
another place. Perhaps washing the mechanism with isoprophyl alcohol, then
re-greasing it, could do the job.
I also own an R-4B. But no matching line Tx :(
