[Drake] unknown capacitor in Drake 2B

Joe -

Pin 7 is the cathode, not the plate.   There should be one section of a 
four section electrolytic "twist-lok" connected from Pin 7 to ground.

C70a - 100 uFD - B+ (1)

An electrolytic cap from one of the rectifier plates to ground would NOT 
be a "good thing"!  :-)
