[Drake] New R-4C

My new R-4C arrived today.  very nice piece of gear.  Sensitivity 
appears to be down, 10uv and the signal is just about gone.  No "S" 
meter activity at all no matter how much signal i pump into the antenna 
jack.  Well, only up to 2 volts of RF anyway and that certainly 
shouldn't bother it.  No manual accompanied the radio so without any 
reference literature, what's the lineup here for trouble shooting this 
thing?  I know it will hear a lot better than it does.  I had an R-4B 
years back and it was a nice hot little receiver.  This one is a real 
beauty so i'm hoping i can get it back to normal.

BTW, it came with 3 cw filters.  Oh yes, and what are the three markings 
on the AGC control, fast-medium and slow?  I thot so.
