[Drake] TR-7 PTO Drift

Dave,

I found a 5 watt 110 volt heater and placed it under the TR-7.  It
reduced the drift considerably, particularly in the wintertime.

Before you replace the PTO, search for "TR-7 PTO stabilizer".  For example,

describes an add-on circuit which will reduce the drift to about 20 Hz.
