[Drake] 160 problem on L7

The L7 seems to work fine on all bands but 160 where the load capacitor is
on 9. 80 works fine so I think C48 is ok. It will be hard to check C49 & C50
with them being on the bottom. Has anyone else had this problem? The band
switch looks good . I  get 900 out with 70 in with the load on 9.
I thank the tubes are a little soft, on the average I get 1250 out with 100
in with 2600 volts.
