[Drake] Need Xtal - 2B - 11.000 mHz

Have you tried a 6EA8 in place of the 6U8 oscillator?   The circuit is 
slightly different in the 2-B for 40M, and the 6U8 is marginal.  A 6EA8 
is a direct replacement and will often "fix" a "bad" 40M crystal.
