[Drake] TR7 Shutting down

HI All, My tr7 that I brought to feild day developed a problem. When RF power was raised above 40w the rig would shut down.  If turned off and turned on again it would return to function but the output power had to be kept bellow 40watts.  Any ideas?  I have not had a chance to hook it back up here in the shack for testing yet.  Perhaps Low voltage?  Any sugestions?
