[Drake] R-4B calibrator problem

[GGLL]

	Strange indeed; you choose 100, 50 or 25 KHz marks by changing connections at
the cal. board itself; maybe that C190 (200 uF) or C192 (1000uF) DC filter
capacitors are not doing the job, check R157 value also (180 ohms).
