[Drake] 5645 Kc carrier crystal

Hi gang,
    I am starting to gain on my T4X-B problems.  I'm pretty sure I have 
traced the problem down to the 5645 Kc carrier oscillator crystal having 
drifted low.  This prevents me from using C2 to center the carrier in 
the filter passbands and of course no CW at all.  I called International 
and JAN.  International has the schematic but said there a couple of 
variables like the loading of the coax at the base of the crystal and 
some additional components that may effect the loading so there might be 
a little guess work involved.  Once JAN found out that it was not one of 
the standard band select crystals, they were not interested. 
    Soooo...at this point, I think I will have International take a shot 
at it and if the crystal doesn't make frequency, I can give them the 
error and they will make another one with the corrected  frequency 
span.  Worse case scenario is two crystals at $20 each and some time.  
Anyone have any more specific information that I can pass on to them?  
Maybe even a known good 5645 Kc crystal???
