[Drake] Drake 4-line alignment procedure

I've seen the same thing on my C line.   If I remember correctly, it got 
better when I did the alignment with the cables connected, but the effects did not 
entirely go away.   I set the receiver for accurate S-meter readings when in 
the transceive setting, and so it reads a little high in the separate setting. 
  I don't remember much of a problem with the transmitter drive- probably 
just had to turn the drive up higher.   I still wouldn't trade my drakes in for a 
new solid state transceiver.
