[Drake] Cooling fans - blow in or out?

Folks,
One way I've been happy "attaching" fans to my TR-4C and similar Drake
line is using inexpensive nylon computer motherboard mounting standoffs.
The threaded end just fits in the existing cover holes and the other end
into the fan holes. Secure, non-marking and convenient to remove when
needed. Check your local computer stores for a supply.
My fans blow air out of the cabinet. The 80mm 12vdc fans are powered by
one of those 9vdc wall-wart power supplies that accumulate in the shack
providing plenty of cooling and very low noise.
