[Drake] Mating a 2B and 2NT

Hi all,
	I'm lucky enough to have a 2B and a 2Nt and I'm just now connecting 
them up after an overhaul.  Everything seems straight forward but the 
sidetone line from the 2NT, anyone every connect that sidetone to a 
2B?  While I'm asking for advice; I saw an article connecting the 2NT 
to a Heathkit HG-10B.  Has anyone ever connected an old Heathkit VF-1 
to a 2NT?  I would assume it would be similar to connecting the 
HG-10B but I'd like to prevent problems if I can.
	Thanks for any input.  This reflector has been a major source of 
information for me.
