[Drake] TR-4 ALC metering

Anyone have some experience on troubleshooting the TR-4 transmit ALC meter 
circuit? This is a bridge, and I have drawn it out on paper to get a clearer 
understanding of it -- but have not found the problem...yet. When in 
transmit mode, the "S" meter should show ALC action, but instead, mine is 
pegging to the negative. Any suggestions or personal experience? - Richard,
