Kees,
    Of those four tubes that you mentioned, the 6GM6 would be the best for
RF frontend service.  Here's what I have in my notes for these:

    6BZ6    Semiremote cutoff
            Fair to good noise
            Good to very good linearity

    6DC6    Sharp cutoff
            Poor to fair noise
            Good to very good linearity

    6GM6    Semiremote cutoff
            Good noise
            Good to very good linearity

    6JD6    Sharp cutoff
            Good noise
            Fair to good linearity
