Hi folks.

I guess this is somewhat off topic but

does anyone have an idea what a Hi-Gain Roto-Brake Model 400 would be worth.

Heavy Duty machine.

Supports 800 pounds and rotating torque is 4000 in pounds and braking 
torque is 5000 in pounds.
