[Drake] Re-cap on TR-4

Mel -

There is a 68 ohm, 1W resistor in series with the two dial bulbs.  It's 
probably located near the "D - B" slide switch on the back panel.  It's 
possible that this resistor is intermittent or even physically cracked.  
Putting the switch in the "B" position shorts this resistor out, 
eliminating it from the circuit.   An ohmmeter check will probably show 
that the resistor has gone up in value, at least, if not fractured.  
Your changing audio associated with the intermittent indicates a tube 
filament / wiring problem as well.

manual for s/n 27844 is probably the "correct" one.
