[Drake] Re-cap on TR-4

For the TR-4 manual that will have a good enough schematic go to the Drake section of:

The first two sites will require a free DjVu downloader program that is avalible on the sites.

wb4hfn is jpg format.

You will discover that the Drake TR-4 schematic is sometimes a bit difficult to read as it was made long before the CAD programs became available.  Changes were done with an eraser.
