Just insert a small tool in the "U" of the support clip and lever it out 
against the meter bracket.  It will slide right out.

BE SURE and do this with the power off.   If you short the hot lead to 
the bracket, you'll blow the fuse under the chassis.

Replace the bulb with a #755 instead of a #47 and you won't have to do 
it again!
