[Drake] T4XB Dial lamps

The last time I fired up the Drake line, both dial lamps were out on the
T4XB transmitter.
This seemed kind of odd to me that both lamps would go out at the same time.
I made a quick check and the transmitter seemed to working in spite of this.
I turned off the rig as I did not had time to look into the problem.

Can anyone add some insight into this before I pull it out. Are the lamps in
series, or perhaps there is some other problem I should be aware of. Doesn't
seem like a big deal, but thought I would ask the 'experts' first.
