[Drake] R-4C & the lower end of AM Broadcast

The Drake 4-LF will allow you to go down to "0".   Pretty hard to find 
these days.  All it is is an "upconverter" that uses a mixer (MCL SRA-3 
or similar) and a crystal LO to translate 0 - 1.5 up to say 7.0 to 8.5 
MHz.   You can go all the way up to 10M if you already have the extra 
crystals.  OR, you can choose the 500 kHz section of 0 - 1.5MHz that you 
want and move it to 7.0 - 7.5 MHz.
