[Drake] R-4C - 5-posi. Mode Switch

Without having popped the covers to see for my lazy self, thought that I'd 
ask here:

What size undertaking would it be to replace the entire 5-position mode 
switch assy, (provided NOS unit could be had)? 

(works "ok" but ocassionally needs a turn and/or will on rare occasion loose 
contact; I suspect a contact cleaning is LIKELY all that's really needed to 
resolve; just thought I'd ask for the worst-case senerio first).
