[Drake] Rebuild Kits for the AC-4

The kits are the same.  I am a distributor of them for Mike.  We both charge 
the same price and the same shipping.  There is no difference who you buy 
them from.  The Drake kit is a completely different kit than the kit for the 
HP-23.
