[Drake] Rebuild Kits for the AC-4

To all AC-4 owners:

My AC-4 was the one Mike Bryce, WB8VGE, (Sun Energy Systems) demo'ed at 
Dayton. He modified it for me, and I agreed to let him use it. He 
returned it after Dayton, and it works like a charm... Excellent mod, 
and cool running ... I highly recommend this mod for the AC-4
